I loved that the hotel is just a few steps away from Plaza de Armas and only a short walk from Parque Mendez, making it perfect for leisurely strolls to soak in the city's charm while enjoying beautiful park views.

Visiting for a short stay, I appreciated the large and comfortable Junior Suite that made it easy to relax after exploring the nearby attractions like Plaza De La Libertad and the Tampico Cathedral, just a short walk away. The accessibility to vibrant local activities was a huge plus, and having a parking garage attached to the hotel made life easier as we were traveling with a lot of luggage. The breakfast offered was decent and provided a good start to the day, though switching up the menu occasionally would be beneficial.

I loved the spacious double room with an very nice view of the central square. The large shower had amazing water pressure Plus, the parking garage was a lifesaver for our lengthy road trip with lots of luggage.

I expect better coordination for check-in times!!! If 3 PM is check-in time, rooms should be ready, not left hanging!!!

The hotel’s location near Plaza de Armas is unbeatable. I enjoyed waking up to views of the plaza every morning. The Double Room was spacious, and the bed was really comfy, making it easy to relax. The shower had fantastic water pressure, a definite highlight! The parking garage was a big convenience since we had a lot of luggage. However, I faced a frustrating check-in delay when I arrived. my room wasn't ready until 4:30 PM, despite the 3 PM check-in time. This really dampened my arrival after a long journey. Overall, the staff were helpful, but better coordination for room readiness would enhance the experience significantly.

The location near Plaza de Armas is excellent with beautiful views. However, carpets were dirty, leaving my feet black.
